Here at Stranger, we encourage the idea of trying new things. Although we may seem like your average wolf role play at first, there are things you may find to be unique. It's a bit of a read, but I promise it'll be worth knowing.
PREDATORS
Predators can be bought from the Store, so make sure you go check it out and aim for a goal predator if you wish to have one so you know how many leaves you need to collect : )
You will find rules concerning Predators within "IC RULES"
Predators can be used to terrorise peace, or stroll about as peaceful creatures, or a spy for a pack, whichever you like.
BLESSINGS AND CURSES
To encourage role play and to keep things fun and packs plotting and interacting with its members, Stranger will roll a dice to determine which pack gets a curse or blessing. They last for one month ooc.
Blessings may include: A higher birth rate, abundant prey, 1 season immunity etc.
Curses may include: Hunters terrorising, drought, flooding, diseased prey, hostile rogue gang invasion, you name it.
Although technically some things can spread eg: Flooding, disease, it will only affect the wolves that live or go inside the pack's land. Wolves that go out of the land will not spread the disease.

N.P.C
To add more fun into threads, we have an NPC account managed by only Staff. NPC controls mother-nature only within the thread, NPC cannot be involved in ongoing plots.
Examples of use: Sudden weather change, predator attack, lurking prey. It will be played as a character would, if it's prey or predator, so you'll have to vs us, if you wish to eat or survive = P
HEALER WOLVES
Healer wolves do exist in Stranger however, they do not hold a rank in a pack, rather, they live within a small gathering of 3. Wolves who are injured can seek these wolves, once the healers are found however, your journey is only half over as they will send you on a quest to find something of value for life is not so cheaply given.
To keep Stranger on the more realistic side, Healers have a limit to their knowledge, they CAN heal cuts and infectious wounds and diseases, they CANNOT mend broken bones, head injury, etc etc.
Healer Wolves Now Live In With The Nita Tribe.
While there only may be one healer wolf in this pack, they will not always be successful.
In order to know if you were healed, you will need to contact a admin and request a dice roll to find out if they were successful, partially (What percentage) or not successful.
DEATH
We have a realistic way or coming about death in Stranger. Some sites abide by the rule that only players who obtain permission from another player can kill their character.
Here, we figured it'd be more thrilling if characters can naturally die through fights or untreated illnesses. There are 2 fight classes we use to classify our characters:
Closed
Realistic
It is mandatory upon making your character that you state which class they belong to and this CANNOT be changed. Ever, so choose wisely.
Closed - This fight class means that your character cannot fight, this also means they will not be able to die through fights but are still subject to die from illnesses. They can however, be involved in plots in which they can give themselves up to death or injury by the plot. If they obtain injury they must seek Healers within 2 weeks otherwise they will die.
Realistic - These characters can fight and be involved in plots etc, however if they obtain enough injury during battle they CAN die. They can die through severe injuries, such as badly broken bones, spine injury, head injury, etc. Whether or not your character has obtained enough damage will be judged by yours truly. If they obtain minor injury, they must seek Healers within 2 weeks, otherwise they will die.
Remember that Healers can only heal the minor injuries. Those who have obtain broken bones, spine injury, head injury etc, will bee given 1 week to say farewells, make peace whatever you wish, before a death thread must be made.
LEAVES
